Wednesday, May 23, 2012 Belle & Union: Huzzah!
I am completely inspired by the style and simplicity of the papers and wares made by Belle & Union.

Meg and Josh, married and living in Savannah, Georgia, (she, from the South, is Belle, he, from the North, is Union) describe thier collection this way: A medly of goods brimming with old-fashioned American wit and wisdom. I love the way everything -- everything -- in the collection just goes together, AND, they have paper with teardrop trailers on it, for crying out loud! All the work has a lovely, hand-drawn feel.

Thanks to Nole at Oh So Beautiful Paper for posting daily reports from the National Stationery Show, complete with these and lots and lots of other pictures! Oh So Beautiful Paper is all about letterpress, and the stationers she features do beautiful work.
I'm looking forward to posting a new free paper tomorrow; I'll be able to get to work on it a little later in the day so look for it sometime mid-afternoon. The promised return to the sidebar of all my free papers will begin next week. All the best!
