Thursday, June 28, 2012 Paper Future
I put this PDF together over the weekend; it's examples of my paper designs and the sidebar explains where I hope to go with my papers over the course of the summer. A sort of Cute and Useful manifesto ;)
The gist of it is...sometime before the end of the summer I'll begin printing my papers and offering them for sale individually and in bulk, maybe on Etsy, maybe through my own storefront here (any advice on this is welcome). The papers will be archival quality and printed with Epson pigment inks, which I can tell you, look great. (New Epson r2000 printer arrived last week). I'm also going to make some of my patterns into wrapping paper which I'll silkscreen by hand. That will get going late in the summer or early fall, I imagine. Digital versions of my papers will still be free here at Cute & Useful.
Anyhow, as for my little write-up...download, read, share...hooray! There's a new paper all ready to go for tomorrow, see you then!
